I teach piano in North Norfolk at my home in Sheringham. After training in the 1970’s with the concert pianist, Sydney Harrison in London, I began teaching pupils from 7 years to 77 years – from Prep Tests through all the ABRSM grades to Grade VIII. Most of my pupils pass with merit or distinction including some Grade VIII distinctions. I also teach Grade V theory and harmony and composition for Grade VI.

Whatever your age, whether you are just starting to play or a mature student returning to the piano after a break, I will introduce you to a variety of music – classic to modern classic to written jazz.

I am also available for accompanying choirs and examinations.

Parking is available outside my house and parents have a waiting area with TV and newspapers. Lessons cost £15 for 30 minutes, payable monthly, although advanced grade students may come once a fortnight for an hour. Lessons can be either on my Steinberg grand piano or a Roland Stage piano.

You can listen me on my channel on YouTube.
